For over 18 years, Glasshouse Project has been supporting artists in the creation of performance art: ephemeral, embodied, durational, time-based works that thrive outside of market-driven values. We work with a diverse roster of local and international artists and scholars to research, develop, and present live and ephemeral art. We now turn to you for financial assistance. In 2022, we incorporated as a not-for-profit organization and accepted the donation of an abandoned adjacent property, 257 Springtown Road. Our vision is to create a permanent, durable space dedicated to incubating and sustaining performance practices through international artist residencies, durational events, archiving projects, and local fellowships for rigorous discourse.
